This is the shipping and returns policy for the ZEEKSACK™ Webshop.

Shipping policy
We ship all UK orders with UPS for reliable, fast delivery.
Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation by email and SMS to let you know your parcel is on its way.
Delivery time
- Standard delivery time is 1 to 2 working days.
- Orders placed before 12pm are usually dispatched the same day.
- Orders placed after 12pm are dispatched the next working day.
Duties, taxes and fees (DDP)
All UK orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid).
This means:
- No customs fees
- No import VAT
- No charges on delivery
The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay.
Uncollected parcels
If delivery cannot be completed and the parcel is returned to us, we may deduct a return shipping and handling fee from your refund.
This fee will not exceed £20 and covers return shipping and handling costs.
