Orders and tracking

Where is my order?

You will receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Orders placed before 12.00 on weekdays are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 12.00 are dispatched the next working day. We do not dispatch orders on weekends or public holidays.

Where can I find my order confirmation and receipt?

Your order confirmation and receipt are sent to your email address immediately after you complete your purchase.

If you chose to pay by Klarna invoice, this will be sent separately by Klarna, usually within a few minutes.

If you cannot see the email, please check your junk folder.

Can I change or cancel my order?

No, we are unable to make changes to an order once it has been placed.

If you no longer want the item, simply accept the delivery and return it using the free returns label included in your parcel.

Can I change the delivery address after ordering?

If the order has not yet left our warehouse, we may be able to update it.

If it has already been dispatched, you will need to contact the carrier directly to request any changes.

Something is missing from my order. What should I do?

We are sorry about that. Occasionally, an accessory such as a hip belt, rain cover or divider may be missed during packing.

Returns and refunds

How do I return an item?

A returns label is included in your parcel.

Pack the item securely, attach the label and drop it off with the stated courier. Returns are free of charge.

I have thrown away the returns label. What should I do?

Please contact us and we will email you a new returns label.

How will I know you have received my return?

As soon as we have received and processed your return, you will receive an email confirming that your refund is on its way.

When will I receive my refund?

Once your return has arrived at our warehouse and been approved, we will process your refund.

It usually takes 2 to 3 working days for the money to appear in your account.

From the day you send the parcel back to the day the refund reaches your account, the full process typically takes 5 to 8 working days. Weekends are not included.

Your refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the purchase.

If you paid by invoice, for example with Klarna, it will be adjusted automatically. You do not need to do anything.

Faults and claims

What should I do if there is a problem with my item?

Please include:

• A photo of the issue
• Your order number
• The batch number found on the care label inside the bag

We will resolve it as quickly as possible. In most cases, we will either send a replacement or issue a refund, depending on the situation.

How quickly will I receive a response?

We reply within a few hours on weekdays during working hours, often sooner. You should never be left wondering what is happening.

Do I need to return the item?

Sometimes, but not always.

Each case is assessed individually. In most situations, a photo is enough. If we do need the item returned, we will send clear instructions.

Can I make a claim for a used item?

Yes, as long as the issue is due to a manufacturing fault or something that should not fail under normal use.

Send us a photo of the issue along with your order number and batch number. We will take it from there.

Cabin luggage: Yes. The soft, flexible design allows it to fit into airline size gauges at the gate, even if the listed dimensions appear large on paper.

Under the seat: Often yes, depending on the airline. Otherwise it fits in the overhead locker.

The Organizer 20L

Cabin luggage: Yes. Clearly within most cabin size limits, with extra margin at the gate.

Under the seat: Yes, in most cases. The smaller size means it will usually fit comfortably under the seat.

The Organizer 40L

Cabin luggage: No. The 40L is too large for cabin use.

Under the seat: No.

The Rolltop 21L

Cabin luggage: Yes. Suitable as cabin luggage. The adjustable volume makes it easy to adapt the size when needed.

Under the seat: Yes, in most cases. Its compact design means it will usually fit under the seat.

What if the airline charges an extra fee?
