100-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
All orders placed through the ZEEKSACK™ Webshop are covered by our 100-day satisfaction guarantee.
The 100-day period starts on the day your order is delivered.
If you’d like to make a return, use the return link in your delivery confirmation or the button below. You’ll receive a QR code to show at your parcel shop.
How do returns work?
- Open the return link in your delivery confirmation, or use the button above.
- Follow the steps to get your QR code.
- Show the QR code at your parcel shop when dropping off your return.
- Once your return has arrived and been processed, your refund will be issued automatically.

Free returns policy
Free returns apply to up to five products per customer.
If you return more than five products from the same order, you are responsible for the return shipping cost unless agreed in advance.
Please have your order number and contact details ready when requesting a return.
Refunds
You are entitled to a full refund if you return the product within 100 days of delivery.
If the product has been used or damaged and has decreased in value, we may deduct an amount from your refund.
